Privacy notice

This notice explains how AlgoNexa handles information during the private-alpha customer experience.

1. Information we collect

For Strategy Check requests, we collect the name, email, optional company, strategy format, market, message, consent version, request source, and limited technical information used for security and abuse prevention. Do not submit passwords, API keys, broker credentials, or complete source code through public forms.

2. How we use information

We use submitted information to assess the request, respond, operate and secure the service, maintain an audit trail, and improve the customer experience. We do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers

Hosting, database, email, analytics, authentication, and payment providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations. Payment details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by AlgoNexa.

4. Retention

We retain request and account information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, security, contractual, and legal purposes. Retention periods will be refined as the private alpha matures.

5. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and security requirements. You may also decline nonessential analytics where consent controls are offered.
